What do we do?
Digital Loto is a proud affiliate of Treedom. Planting trees and preserving our forests is the need of the hour. Digital Loto is a firm advocate of a Green Plant and strives to make a difference which is why we partnered with Treedom in order to have a positive impact on the environment
Each project we invest in not only ensures a positive difference for the planet but also helps us in engaging the farmers’ groups and cooperatives, creating more job opportunities and helping their families hence truly empowering local communities.
Social benefits
We know the feeling of pride and ownership when you’ve created something yourself, and are immensely grateful to be a part of something that is helping create a pragmatic impact on our planet as well as its people.
Rural communities involved in our projects receive training and financial support to be a part of our projects. They are the ones who take care of the trees and enjoy their fruits.
With the ever-changing climatic conditions, the farmers’ community have been suffering and we are gratified to make a difference in their lives in our own way. Being a part of these restoration projects not only gives them a chance at a better lifestyle but also helps in truly empowering them.
Environmental benefits
All trees are good for the environment: they absorb CO2, emit oxygen, promote biodiversity, counteract soil erosion and much more.
Trees are amazing for the environment, and we’re here to tell you why!
First, they can absorb CO2 from the air. That’s a big deal because CO2 is one of the most dangerous greenhouse gases there is. It’s also responsible for global warming and climate change, so trees help us out in a big way by absorbing it for us.
Secondly, trees emit oxygen into the atmosphere—that’s something we all need to live!
Trees also promote biodiversity by providing shelter and food for animals who need it. They also counteract soil erosion by stabilizing the ground around them and helping retain moisture in soil that would otherwise dry up and blow away.
And last but not least: they look pretty!
